Little Red Riding Hood written by Year 6 pupils
£17.00 incl. zero VAT
The approximate running time of this play is 20 minutes.
This pantomime is truly daft. Red Riding Hood has a bossy sister called Bluebell; the Woodcutter is a dim and embarrassing Super Hero; the Wolf has a sidekick, Rat, and together they form an impressively stupid double act; Granny is a cantankerous old bag looked after by an airhead Nurse with an expensive designer clothes habit. Confused? You will be!

There isn’t much more to say about this play – well, not that could be explained quickly, anyway. Suffice to say that it is very funny (there’s a lovely scene where they “operate” on the Wolf behind a curtain, to retrieve Granny, and find a long-lost remote control and several other bizarre items in his stomach).
As with all our plays, there are full production notes that give advice on scenery, prop and costume-making.
