The Christmas Alphabet by Lynn Brittney

£23.00 incl. zero VAT

The Approximate running time of this play is 30 minutes.

What better way to impress parents and also teach the alphabet than to perform this play? It’s fun and because it is in rhyme, it is easier for younger children to learn. Plus, the costumes are fun as well! Suggested age range of 6 – 8 years old.

Description

We start off with A for Advent Calendar and go right through the alphabet covering all things Christmassy like Bells, Candy, Cake etc. Along the way it also covers the Nativity (J is for Jesus and Joseph, K is for Kings and so on). There is a visit from the Queen and there are plenty of songs included in this show:

Deck the Halls

Give us some Figgy Pudding

The Holly and the Ivy

We three Kings of Orient are

When the Red, Red, Robin goes bob, bob, bobbin along

And Rudolph the Red Nosed Reindeer

We wish you a Merry Christmas

As with all our plays, there are full production notes that give advice on scenery, prop and costume making.
